Welcome to our Band Workouts

Now that you have bought the the bands, it's time to get to work!

To help you kick-start your band fitness journey, we have created a few short band workouts that you can easily do in between your zoom calls or when you are catching up on your favourite K-Drama. 

Before starting any band workouts, please do warm-up exercises. After the complete workout, please do some light stretches to cool-down.

To get the maximum results out of each band exercise, remember to: 

  • Engage your core muscles throughout
  • Ensure enough tension in the band at the full range of the exercise
  • Make each repetition count by taking it nice and slow
  • Lastly, remember to breathe and enjoy the workout
