Before proceeding to purchase, it is probably best you measure the circumference of your thighs to ensure the right band fit. Follow the simple steps below.
Step 1 : Stand with your feet placed together.
Step 2 : Measure the circumference of your thighs (COT) - which is the midpoint between your knees and hips.
Step 3 : Match Right Band with the COT measurement
- Latex Mini-Loop Bands => COT measurement between 70cm -100cm
