Terms of Use

• eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• eGift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• If the total nett value of the purchase including shipping charges are above the denomination value of the eGift card, the receiver of the eGift card will need to top up the difference.
• If the total nett value of the purchase including shipping charges are below the denomination value of the eGift card, the unused balance will can still be utilised for future purchase up to date of expiry.
• Band of Sisters reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any eGift Cards for suspected fraud, mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of eGift Card policies.
